We recently had 5 windows replaced in our home by Clear Choice. The entire process went smoothly with respect to their timeliness, professionalism, and expertise. Tim provided us the bid and Tom and Cliff installed the windows on a very wet and cold day (kudos to them). All of our interfaces with the Clear Choice team were very satisfying.
I’ve called a few companies now and based on my out of state status along with not owning property, no other window company would talk to me. Mo with Clear Choice took the time to talk to me about my options and cost over the phone, he looked at the pictures of the home and gave me an educated estimate per window. Our old 1938 home needed some window love and Clear Choice window team did a fantastic job replacing our tired, weather leaching, leaded windows. Tom and the installers did a meticulous job and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Our home is buttoned up tighter from the energy efficient glass and it's significantly quieter to the road noise of Capitol Hwy. We are thrilled with the work and care from all the guys from beginning with Jeff, Tim and Tom finishing up the work. Thank you Clear Choice! I highly recommend this company! From the accurate bid Tim Wood provided, the better than expected warranty delivered, the easy web based document signing, to the very professional install team of 3 led by Tom, our 3 large picture window project turned out perfectly. We look forward to the energy savings delivered by the E3 windows and also to not having to cover furniture to prevent sun fading. The installers did a very thorough job of site prep to minimize collateral cleanup. (Zero required) and left without leaving a trace other than 3 wonderful new windows!
Tom and his crew just installed 3 LARGE E3 picture windows into our mid-century modern home. The quoting and ordering process were straight forward and the actual products had a much longer warranty than any competitors offered, for not as much money! A very nice surprise there. The installers obviously knew what they were doing and took extra care with their surroundings, putting everything back and leaving no trace other than three brand new high efficiency windows which will keep the house a lot warmer. Demo, shimming to perfection and wood trim/caulk, all included. I highly recommend them to anyone in the greater Portland area!!
Clear Choice installed 13 new windows in a home I recently purchased; their staff person (Tim) who came out to provide an estimate was very helpful and professional. The install team worked quickly and kept the work area clean. Since it's an older home, they had to modify several installations and did a great job at no additional cost from their original estimate. Clear Choice made sure that we were happy with the results, and also provided the completed forms for the Energy Trust of Oregon refund (very helpful). I can highly recommend Clear Choice as a top-notch company!

We couldn't be happier with Clear Choice Windows & Doors! This is our second time hiring them for window installation, the first time to replace black aluminum windows in a 1980s tract house. This time was a retrofit on a 1952 daylight ranch that still had the original wood, single-pane windows. All aspects of the job were superb: from the sales guy to measurement, installation and cleanup. The recommendation of Simonton windows for our mid-century home and the design elements hand-picked by the owner, Mo, were a special touch. We had a number of windows with unusual framing and the crew were very creative and flexible to adapt to the project, even taking into account the blinds that we intended to re-hang as they trimmed out the interior. This is the company to hire for your windows project!
We had our old aluminum windows and patio door replaced by Clear Choice. The price that we were quoted was the middle of the road of the three businesses we had out at the house.
The install team were all very nice and respectful. One of the biggest concerns we had was damage to the brick. They did an incredible job of saving the brick on the outside wall as well as the original trim on the inside of the windows! We are so appreciative of the care they took to maintain everything!
We are really happy with the results! I would definitely refer anyone to them for window or door needs.
