I grew up in a family door business and have been involved in the construction industry most of my life. I enjoy nearly all outdoor activities, but hiking and backpacking are among my favorites. My hometown is Newberg, where my wife and I raised our two children. I’ve been in the trades for most of my adult career and have been a consultant with Clear Choice for over 10 years.

JOSHUA COZZIE

I have experience in remediation, remodeling, flooring, countertops, and various other construction jobs. I have 12 years of experience in the industry. I love spending time with my wife and kids, golfing and going on adventures. I have been in the area for 22 years and have 2 kiddos.

CLIFFORD ELVRUM

With 8 years of experience in construction, I’ve worked as a locksmith, in commercial demolition and abatement, and now specialize in exterior remodeling, focusing on windows, siding, and roofing. I enjoy being outdoors, snowboarding, and spending time with family and friends in the backyard. I’m also a DIY enthusiast, tackling home improvement projects whenever I can. A lifelong resident of Vancouver, WA, I understand how the regional climate affects window performance and energy efficiency for local homeowners.

KARL TALINGTING

I have 4-5 years of experience in roofing and 1.5 years of experience in windows. I enjoy fishing, snowboarding, and spending time in nature. I’ve lived in Vancouver for over 20 years and was born in Delano, California.

JEFF MENDON

I renovated my first period home more than 30 years ago and have worked in the home improvement space for the past 6+ years, representing window, door, and gutter contractors. I love to spend time with family & friends, and fishing whenever possible. I enjoy food and operated a food cart/catering business in downtown Portland for several years. I’ve been married for 36 years, I have a daughter and a son, and I’ve lived in the Portland area for 30+ years.

RICHARD STEWART

I love hiking and currently play semi pro soccer when I’m not spending time with the family. I was born and raised in Vancouver! After high school I took a wild adventure to Puerto Vallarta Mexico where I lived for over a year and then spent six months in Mexico City before I returned to Vancouver to play soccer at Clark. I love working with people to solve their problems in exterior construction.

DILLON DESEAN

I’ve been in residential construction since I was a kid, mastering many skills inside and outside the home, including roofing, plumbing, and drywall. I also have experience with industrial insulating and architectural metal work. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor adventures like hiking, rock collecting, coin collecting, and enjoy binge-watching good series or new movies. I come from a big family and have two daughters.
